5 Ways to Feel Good
The Secrets of looking good and feeling Great
Bounce Back to Life
Be Optimistic – optimistic people look for the plus in any and every life experience. Changing the way you think about an event can change the outcome. Think positively, and positive things will manifest in your life. Hang out with Bouncy people, you know the kind that is 100% with, and for you, whatever your latest project, they always say “go for it”.
Get up and ing
Life paint-ing, runn-ing, danc-ing, cook-ing, cycl-ing, yoga-ing, smil-ing, laugh-ing,
massage-ing. See how many more INGs you can put in your life, go on you know
all that can happen is you feel energised, happy vital and alive, no batteries or
medication required.
Shrink wrap negativity
Limit the time you let yourself think negative thoughts (their the ones that have
you feeling down). Option one allow yourself 3-5 minutes a day when you’re
allowed to feel as negative as you like, but remember only 3-5 minutes – no
cheating. Option two, each time you have a thought that makes you feel
miserable, talk to your mindtalk, and thank it for sharing then start thinking about
something you really do want, like a car, a house, a lover, an easier life, bet you’ll
spend more than 3-5 minutes on this exercise with ease.
Everyday Chill-out Moments
Some times we all need a little pick-me-up and all too often struggle to find the
time. How about allowing yourself a 120 second day dream, and you know the
best part, it can be about anything you like, so long as it makes you feel good.
Make sure you have your favourite cd/dvd in the car so as you drive to the office,
your next meeting, the kids to/from school, you make the most of this time. If the
workload is manic, organise and delegate.
Walk Tall
Stand up tall, straighten that back, use those abdominals, stretch, stretch and stretch some more, take deep breaths – its hard to feel down when your standing straight and breathing fully – you will be totally amazed how much better you will feel, and confident you will look.
